Hello bloggies just another day in paradise, started the day with a cup o’coffee, bfast cookie (thanks Fitnessista) it had oats,pb,choc whey protein powder,naner,choc Artisana coconut butter and a few butterscotch chips. yummy!!! Lunch was a hugh jass salad (spinach,carrot shredds,brocolli shreds,garbonzo beans,tomato,balsamic vinegarette. So filling. Hope everyones day is going well. Its in the 70′s today woo hoo!!!!! Oh can’t forget my snacky too. The yummiest one of all!!Now its off to the treadmill, catch ya later:)
